Yes, all Acaia electronics and appliances come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extensions are available for purchase on select items.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also view your order status by logging into your Acaia account dashboard.
